Delivery Time: All orders are delivered within 3–7 business days across India.
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details. You can use the provided tracking link to check your order status anytime.

A. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

B. Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are received damaged or defective.

You must notify us of any damage or defect within 3 Days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or exchange, as applicable.

C. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
